Recently DataFlow/ONE Agency has won a big contract at the European Commission (NovaComm). In the next 4 years the NovaComm-team will help the European Commission to achieve its objectives by providing services for development and management of websites and other digital communication channels.

We are now looking for a motivated Web Analytics Consultant to reinforce our NovaComm team. You will be responsible for analysis and reporting on different websites of the European Commission. More specifically:

• You will define the requirements for analysis within different online channels.
• You will perform detailed analysis and identify trends in visits, as well as multiple other statistics and user journeys.
• You will identify sections which receive few or no visits, analyze the reasons for this and propose improvements.
• You will come up with new ways of implementing and evaluating changes in the web presence of the European Commission.
• You will advise on changes that can improve visitor satisfaction.
• You will present results to stakeholders.
• You will assess and set-up suitable monitoring tools.
• You will collect and analyze user feedback.

• You obtained a University degree.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience within a similar position.
• You have good knowledge of Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik, WebTrends etc.
• You are able to combine data from multiple sources when needed for the analysis.
• You are able to cope with fast changing technologies used for analytics and monitoring.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You are familiar with user surveys and social media monitoring tools (e.g. Engagor).
• You have a strong capacity to explain user needs to different stakeholders.
• You have good communication, presentation, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English or French.
