Immoweb, Belgium’s leading real estate website belongs to the international group Axel Springer. You will be the manager of the IT Infrastructure operations. You will manage a small team of System Engineers and report to the Head of IT. Your main task will be to define and implement the ICT strategy of Immoweb, for both the Datacenters and the Office IT Responsible for the proper operations and the security of the datacenter Lead and manage a team of System Engineers to ensure 24/7 operations Provide guidance in the decisions regarding the IT architecture Implement the IT infrastructure strategy Be the point of contact for technology suppliers Standardization of the technical environments Ensure an accurate system and process documentation IT and network asset management: purchase and lifecycle management Responsible for the backup and recovery strategy implementation Management and configuration of monitoring systems; availability, capacity, DRP Supervise the Office IT infrastructure Manage the IT infrastructure budget Master in computer engineering (or equivalent by experience) Minimum 5 year of experience managing a team of System Engineers Able to work as a team leader with a flexible attitude and in an organized way Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and projects to optimize operations Knowledge of Microsoft-based infrastructures Experience in managing Datacenter Operations High-level vision of infrastructure topologies Experience in setting up and managing backup policies Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V2. Knowledge in Microsoft Hyper-V3 and/or Vmware Vsphere 5.1 is an asset Excellent general networking devices configuration skills Hands-on experience Good knowledge in planning and configuring load balancing infrastructure.
