Role Responsibilities: •Provide a broad range of HR services in support of key business transformation objectives to include, compensation planning, collective agreement salary increase obligations, staff transfer under 32 BIS, effective Works Council cooperation, workforce planning, talent management succession planning, employee engagement and organizational change. •Accountable for regional HR and legal compliance, on-boarding/induction and rewards management policy for all the levels/grades. •Support in Business Acquisition activities like RFP response/defence and staff transfer under TUPE/ARD regulations. •Implement positive employee relations action planning and employee engagement, facilitate meetings, ensure a strong employee communication, coach leaders on HR Issues, and conduct conflict resolution management. •Manage the delivery of training, compliance, and claim response in coordination with Legal for Code of Conduct, discrimination, harassment and other legal policy issues •Managing cordial relationship with external vendors coordinate for renewal of contracts etc. •Advice associates on work matters, career development, personal issues, etc. •Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English verbally as well as written. Should be able to converse in Dutch/French and understand working in Belgium culture. •Understanding of 32 BIS experience in large scale people transfer in Belgium is a must. •Well versed with Belgium labour laws. •Ability to work with diverse and cross functional teams effectively. •Ability to work independently using MS Office for report generation, documentation and presentations. •Ability to work at a detailed level to solve complex problem and associate queries. •Ability to monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure responsiveness and quality.
