As a Campus Recruiter your main contact people will be your internal clients/hiring managers in the different Business Units you recruit for. With the support of a Senior Recruiter dedicated to the same BU’s you’ll manage the selection process of our young graduates from A-Z within a specific line of service: you’ll define job descriptions manage job postings on internal and external websites screen CVs assess and interview candidates at our Selection Days or in individual procedures provide feedback and also follow up on and discuss offers with selected candidates.

 

    • You’ll actively attend job fairs and company presentations with a team of PwC ambassadors and you’ll work closely with our Campus Event Officer.

    • You’ll take part in organising and executing other campus activities and recruitment events for young graduates. 

    • You’ll maintain a good relationship with our internal clients and you’ll keep the hiring managers/directors informed about the recruitment status activities and selection process.

    • You’ll work closely with the other members of the campus recruitment team.

    • Outside the peak periods for Campus Recruitment you’ll also participate in the recruitment process of high-quality experienced candidates.

 

 

Your Profile

 

 

    • You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences Psychology or equivalent with a strong interest in HR.

    • Ideally you have at least two years of experience within professional services preferably within recruitment and selection.

    • Knowledge of Taleo or another recruitment tool is an asset.

    • You are a born team player with a sense of initiative.

    • You are customer oriented result driven and eager to learn.

    • You are able to organise and coordinate events.

    • You take a flexible and proactive approach to work.

    • You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch French and English.

 

 

Your official location will be our office in Sint-Stevens-Woluwe but regular travelling to our other Belgian offices (Ghent Antwerp and Liège) is part of the job.

 

 

We have this opportunity in our Brussels office.
