Internal Sales (M/F) to start at the beginning of January 2014 ()

The company is based in Diegem.

OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for an (m/f) Internal Sales to join an international interior design company. You will support the sales team and independent dealers in the sales processes.

The scope of responsibilities for this job includes:

• processing incoming orders (order entry);
• coordinating production-related and delivery data with the factory;
• monitoring deadlines and coordinating deliveries (logistics);
• invoicing of sales orders;
• supervising complaints and processing returns together with the Service Department;
• dealer service : information about products and prices etc., support on a daily basis.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• a bachelor degree and a first work experience;
• a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Notions of German are an asset;
• a good knowledge of MS Office. SAP knowledge is an asset;
• you can work independently and in team;
• you are flexible and stress resistant;
• you have strong communication and organizational skills;
• you pay attention to detail and accuracy.
