Our customer is located in the historic district of the town centre near the Central Station and near the Grand Place with easy access by train, metro, bus or car.

Their staff consists of 70 persons and they service a wide variety of local and international clients : Ford Motor Company, Electrabel, Nestlé, WWF, European Commission, European Parliament and many more.

For their Direct Marketing pillar, we are currently seeking to recruit a M/F:

Account Executive

As an Account Executive you are responsible of the daily account management of your clients under the supervision of an account director or the client service director. Your main tasks are:

• Effective handling of all projects on a daily operational level:

– Build a strong relationship with clients by giving advice

– Co-ordination of various on- and offline projects from briefing to delivery incl. budget follow-up and planning

– Focus on flawless execution of above, below and online projects for several important Belgian advertiser.

• In addition, you will run a number of customers independently with minimal support of the Client Service Director. Those are smaller customers, where no strategic work is involved, but good graphic and long copy job to be produced. This will include design of plastic bags, writing and designing leaflets, mailings, e-mailings,…

• Strive for a good working relationship with peers and colleagues in order to make things happen. This includes regular transmission of ideas and to motivate people to work for your clients.

• Stay informed on group level of what is happening for which client by regular internal (within the network) communication and by assisting in and preparing best cases presentations.

• You have a degree a Bachelor degree or similar
• You have a first experience in advertising and ideally in an ‘all-round’ communication agency
• You have financial and administrative skills to ensure follow-up under the supervision of the account director/client service director.
• You are flexible and works full time in the agency in Brussels
• You are fluent in Dutch and in French. English is a plus.
• You are enthusiast, motivated, a team player, persistent, entrepreneurial and able to put things into perspective
