Customer Service Representative (ENG/FR/GER) ()

We are more than your typical insurance provider: together with our clients we design, fund and administer employee benefits programmes. These programmes cover medical benefits, as well as non-medical insurances, with a specific focus on keeping employees healthy through a range of health and well-being services.

We maintain 8 service centres in 5 time zones and have local representations in:

• Europe: Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom;

• Latin America: Chile;
• North America: USA.

Your job

• You respond to incoming queries to the Communication System in an appropriate and timely manner.

• Appropriate responses may require in-depth analysis and involve expert advice (Medical Consultant, Account Manager, Network Manager, Legal Advisor etc). An appropriate response is correct, clear, concise and customer-friendly.

• Taking ownership of difficult or high-value files.

• Responding via the most efficient channel (e.g. phone, e-mail, letter, etc).

Your profile

• You have a Master degree and are fluent in English, French and German.

• Knowledge of any another language (Italian, Spanish) is a plus.

• You have an analytical mind.

• You work in an accurate and independent way.

• You can work against deadlines.

• You are stress resistant.

• You are a team player.

• You do not need a medical background.
