Your Tasks

• Development and advancement of a professional and transparent purchasing process for the IT Department within the StepStone Group
• Planning, development and advancement of the operative IT controlling function for the business areas of IT infrastructure and IT development
• Providing commercial support and advice to the IT managers worldwide concerning decisions related to IT areas of development, purchases and projects
• Controlling, monitoring and checking the IT budget
• Development and implementation of a demand oriented reporting system
• Assisting with the creation of business plans and economic efficiency calculations
• Evaluating the monetary and strategic value of IT projects

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Economics or a related subject
• Extensive previous working experience in a similar position (Controlling, IT, Operations, IT, purchasing department) or in project management within an international environment
• Sound knowledge of IT Controlling and IT Asset Management
• Excellent analytical skills as well as high degree of resilience, assertiveness and commitment
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• High customer service orientation and experience in stakeholder management
• Fluency in English, nowledge of German and French are a strong plus
