* The main mission of the Operations Assistant will be to provide both operational & administrative support to the Production Manager in managing product data, pricing, purchase and sales orders; * Create, manage and follow up data in Navision; * Manage and follow up retail and wholesale sales orders in Navision; * Create and follow up purchase orders; * Follow up and check vendors’ invoices; * Create ad-hoc reports; *Interface between Styling Department and Production Department. * Bachelor degree with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in related fields (junior salary wage); *Trilingual French/English/Dutch (all communication with the production manager is in French); * Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel & ERP (Experience with Navision and SQL/database is an asset) (please only react when you have advanced knowledge of excel); * Accurate and high attention to details; * Strong organizational, planning, multitasking and time management skills; * Stress resistant. * You will be part of a rapidly growing fashion company; * You will be taken on an international adventure; * You will work in a dynamic work environment; * You will be stimulated to work autonomously; * Working hours from 09.00 to 17.30; * Located in the center of Antwerp, no office parking, can easily be reached by public transport.
