Job Description
Contribute to introduce instructional design best practices within the Education and Training Strategy (E&TS) team.
Work in the E&TS team to produce training programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organisation.
Work with the Process Document Group to identify and manage training needs.
Contribute to the deliverables of the E&TS team with the following tasks.
· Identify development and training needs within the organisation (including areas such as clinical operation, regulatory affairs.)
· Develop and manage training programs for staff to ensure appropriate education on current and new/updated process documents
· Design and develop instructor led and e-learning training solutions based on the organisation’s needs
· Where necessary write and develop level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations
· Work with external training providers to develop suitable training solutions
· Collaborate with the training assistants to ensure training programmes are implemented effectively
· Organise, deliver or facilitate training sessions around specific requirements
· Collaborate with quality managers in audit learning training
· Ensure availability of training material
· Continually seek and support new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of the training services offered.
Profile
· University degree
· Strong experience in development/management of training programs and in e-learning training solutions
· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset.
· Excellent command of both oral and written English language
· Strong communication skills
· Analytical skills, including the ability to gather, summarize and interpret complex information from multiple internal and external sources
· Ability to operate cross-functionally and cross-departmentally in a multicultural environment.
