(3) Prototype vehicle production & evaluation

High quality prototype vehicle build and evaluation

Your responsabilities

You will assure prototype parts quality which will be used for prototype vehicle production and evaluation, both in Europe and Japan by:

(1) Monitoring and checking suppliers’ quality performance

(2) Establishing and maintaining long-term stable relationship with suppliers

(3) Supporting supplier to understand TOYOTA quality requirement for prototype orders

(4) Leading KAIZEN (continuous improvement) activity with suppliers

Also you will coordinate rapid prototype manufacturing in-house and outsourced, and assure quality and timely delivery. In this role engineering skills are mandatory in order to understand requirement to decide the right manufacturing method and project management skills to keep quality and delivery.

Your Assets

• Bachelor degree (minimum) or Masters in mechanical engineering

• 3 years experiences in manufacturing, quality control (preferable in automotive or aircraft industry)

• We are also open for young Graduates with a maximum of 18 months professional working experience

• Project management skills

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Self-Motivator

• Team worker

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English; other European languages or Japanese is an asset

• Willing to travel frequently (In EU, Turkey, Japan)
