Job description
The Facility Team is responsible for the TME buildings in Evere (HO) and in Zaventem (Technical Centre), totalling approx. 60.000 m2 of floor space on 27 hectares of land and housing 2.200 employees and various workshops and laboratories.
As a member of the Facility Management – Project Team you will be responsible to actively coordinate building construction and renovation projects for HO, Technical Centre (buildings, installations) and related TME affiliates, you will ensure, together with our external environmental advisors, environmental legal compliance, by coordinating the preparation activities for ISO 14001 and the environmental permits, thereby, contributing to an effective and cost-efficient quality service.

Your responsabilities
- Project management of building refurbishment & renovation: plan and execute and meet or exceed set targets with regard to timing, cost and quality.
- Long term building management : identify the current building status (inside – outside) and develop a long- and short term plan for building renovation based on criticality, resource availability (human and financial).
- Organizing and updating of the existing and new as-built documents.
- Environmental coordination & legislation follow up (in cooperation with the external environmental advisor).
- Budget and invoice control of the different suppliers for projects, safety coordination, etc
Your profile

You have a bachelor or master degree in construction or equivalent in experience

Required ‘technical’ skills: construction engineering, building KPI management & knowledge of HVAC and electrical equipment.

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in project management.

You are a pragmatic organizer, have a hands-on mentality and soft skills in order to lead contractors & suppliers in a professional and constructive way.

Background of environmental legislation ( Brussels, Flanders ) and prevention is an asset

Environmental coordinator level A or B would be an asset

Software skills: Word, Excel, MS Project, Auto-Cad

Fluent in English & Dutch. Knowledge of French would be an asset.
