Your role

• You are the key interface regarding employee benefits packages for all employees of international institutions and organisations across the globe.
• You identify and detect clients’ needs, anticipate questions and proactively seek to find solutions.
• You make changes and amendments to existing contracts and you intervene creatively during the length of the contract.
• You keep your clients up-to-date on contractual developments by means of regular follow-up visits.
• You are the internal point of contact and you ensure the correct handling of all administrative aspects of the contracts entrusted to you.

Your profile

• You have a university degree and a thorough knowledge of English and French.
• You have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• You are an excellent communicator who is used to deal with people at different levels within international organisations and understands cultural differences.
• You enjoy building and maintaining client relationships.
• You have a strong sense of accountability, quality and initiative.
• You can cope with the stress of deadlines and are capable of taking decisions in unexpected situations.
