It provides services to empower every healthcare provider to optimize performance of their imaging assets and staff to achieve improved quality of care, patient safety, and financial outcomes through the use of data, advanced analytics and domain expertise. It is part of GE Industrial Internet and Big Data initiative. Essential Responsibilities Dose & Education is a newly formed entity. It provides services to empower every healthcare provider to optimize performance of their imaging assets and staff to achieve improved quality of care, patient safety, and financial outcomes through the use of data, advanced analytics and domain expertise. It is part of GE Industrial Internet and Big Data initiative. In this role, Dose Sales Leader will be responsible for creating and developing the market to grow this business in the region and position GE Healthcare as a leader. He is responsible for the product introduction as well as developing relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and preparing local marketing activities. Product portfolio includes DoseWatch software solution, IT professional services and consulting programs like the GE Dose Blueprint. GE Blueprint assists healthcare organizations with the information they need to proactively address key opportunities and improve the way they manage radiation across their enterprise. Dose Sales leader is responsible for attaining sales and profitability objectives, and leveraging and supporting the different sales organization interested in selling the product. Position will be based in Belgium. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Select, train, and develop sales team to optimize effectiveness. • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive organic growth in the assigned sales market • Implementing specific order validation mechanism to control project scope, deliverables, timing and pricing • Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the multiple levels within customers, and more specifically dose KOL and potential show site. • Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs • As a member of Regional leadership team ensuring seamless teamwork with equipment Sale, the Service and other channels to provide total customer satisfaction. • Deploying resources to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin, and base cost control Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages• Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region• To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record Desired Characteristics • Previous experience managing sales professionals• Minimum 5 years Healthcare, Pharma and or LifeSciences sales experience• Healthcare IT skills• Provocative & Consultative selling• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
