We urgently need a business consultant to strengthen our pharmaceutical & life sciences division.  Activities in this sector started in 2013 with the focus on the pharmaceutical & life sciences sector in Belgium & the Netherlands.  Geographical expansion is part of our ambition. This division is expanding rapidly and therefore in need for another consultant.

• You can take responsibility for the growth of your client portfolio within this field of specialization, whilst maintaining and developing existing clients.

• Through your continuous involvement and the quality you provide for existing and new clients, you become a point of reference in this market.

• You invest considerable effort in finding the right candidate in your portfolio and develop your candidate network to a top of mind position. Thus you are in daily contact with your network and develop this systematically. You command a complete knowledge of sales processes and price negotiation skills.

• You are convincing and determined and able to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You become an advisor and mentor your clients and candidates within your area of specialization.

• You are convincing and inspirational whilst guiding your professional partners in taking the right decisions for career moves and projects.

• You have a master’s degree or the equivalent in experience.
• Experience in recruitment has our preference
• You are a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit.  You are driven and determined to be successful and enjoy exceeding your targets.
• You are successful in your efforts.
• You have good people skills and can build a trust-based relationship with clients and candidates in order to find the right solutions in meeting their needs.
• You easily make new contacts, both buiness-wise and in private situations.
• You are enthusiastic ad energetic.
• You are flexible in most situations and can prioritize

• You stand behind your decisions
• You face your limitations and seek growth in these areas
