Immoweb, Belgium’s leading real estate website belongs to the international group Axel Springer. Immoweb is Belgium’s largest property site, and is part of the international Axel Springer group. After an induction period, as Account Manager you will be responsible for the sale of wanted ads and advertising space on Immoweb. You will work in a highly competitive B2B environment, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Maintaining and further developing existing relations with your customers (business heads and users); Acquiring new customers through targeted prospecting; Analysing the needs of the people you speak to; Giving customers personalised advice; Preparing quotations and concluding sales; Ensuring that the monthly sales KPIs are achieved; Being the contact point for your customers as a regional property expert; Monitoring customer satisfaction and loyalty; Supporting actions to improve the quality of wanted ads; Signalling marketing and business opportunities; Attending sectoral network events. You are ambitious You are a salesperson through and through You have experience of selling services in a competitive B2B environment You have a good knowledge of the property sector You have an affinity with digital media You are dynamic, flexible and results-driven You have outstanding communication skills, both in writing and orally You are a natural networker You have commercial education to higher level or equivalent experience You have at least three years of sales experience You are bilingual (Dutch and French) You live in the Flemish Brabant region a fascinating, responsible commercial position within a dynamic business that is the market leader in its sector an open-ended contract an attractive salary and a generous package of fringe benefits.
