Total is recruiting today a variety of talents for its future marketing activities of natural gas in Belgium.

Total is today the 4th largest European producer of natural gas. Total Gas & Power Belgium, as a startup, will benefit from the expertise of the Group to sell gas on the recently deregulated Belgian market. The market is competitive but the dynamics of the wider European and global energy market constantly create challenges for downstream activities and ambitious new comers like Total Gas & Power Belgium.

 

Brussels is home to one of the two international headquarters of refining and chemicals and, the headquarters of Total Belgium. In addition to a fertilizer production plant (Rosier) and the marketing of glues and adhesives (Bostik Belux) as well as industrial rubber (Paulstra Silentbloc), Belgium boasts two of the largest European facilities: in Antwerp and Feluy.

 

Based in Feluy, close to the polymer plant, the Total Research & Technology Feluy R&D Centre pools catalysis expertise for petrochemicals and refining, and in the development of new technologies and new polyolefins. Marketing is operated by Total Belgium which ensures the distribution, in various markets, of a wide range of petroleum and specialty products for use by consumers and industry alike.

The Group searches for Total Gas&Power Belgium in Brussels an Account Manager North (m/f) :

  • Insure prospection in your region and organize your daily work schedule
  • Achieve the growth targets (volume and margins)
  • Build and maintain relationships in the new and existing sales network of end users
  • Insure a constant follow up of the market developments and needs
  • Regular reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Perfect knowledge of the product range and price mechanisms


 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 year experience in a sales environment (B2B/SME preferably) with proven track records
  • Exceptional sales/negotiation skills
  • Pro-active, service minded, flexible, result driven
  • Mother tongue Dutch/Flemish (knowledge of French and/or English is a plus)
