Robert Half is currently recruiting for a AP Accountant (M/F) to join an international company based in Diegem.

The scope of responsibilities for this job includes:

• You are responsible for the processing and scanning of all purchase invoices.
• You support with the implementation of the new scanning system
• You maintain the AP master data.
• You contact providers for rectifications via mail and telephone.
• You provide insight into the providers situation to the management.
• You help improving the current methods.
• You process purchase according to the KPI targets.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• You have an bachelor degree in Accountancy and tax or equivalent.
• A first experience is a nice to have.
• You have affinity with IT.
• You are fluent in French and you know perfectly how to deal with English and Dutch.
• You are communicative, pro-active and result driven.
