Who are we looking for?

  • You are just out university or you already have a first sales experience
  • You hate losing or finishing second
  • You speak French and/or English and/or Dutch

What’s the job about?

  • As consultant, you will be in charge of the whole recruitment cycle,
  • You will become the expert of your own financial niche market, by understanding client needs and being responsible for upholding a constructive relation with your clients,
  • Sales conditions negotiation,
  • You will act like an entrepreneur,
  • Attraction and selection of candidates,
  • Selling in candidates to the client needs and following up the recruitment process.
