• Business Analyst • Project Management (limited) • Track global requests and after-use impact for management reporting • Liaise with global teams for potential integration and/or collaboration of existing tools or reports with the ROI Tool • Prioritize and scope a growing number of global and local collaboration requests • Time/Scope Permitting: Lead the collection of business requirements with internal business groups, to determine new features or functionalities for ROI Tool • Lead user-centered design (USD/UX) interviews and discussions with business users • Document user requirements, define scope and objectives, and create tool/reporting mock-ups • Identify and document functional and process gaps • Create documentation of current processes using flowcharts (where applicable) • Analyze and synthesize research into both Executive and detailed reports • Make expert recommendations on new features and functionalities for tools and reports • Some project management skills (no PM certification necessary) • Highly organized and disciplined- ability to succeed in a matrixed, global, and cross-functional environment • Ability to follow pre-established guidelines while exercising independent, expertise-based judgment
