This company has laboratories and offices in more than 30 countries and has more than 15.000 employees around the world. This company is searching for a new CFO with entrepreneurial mindset and desire to contribute to the success of an international organization.

Job description

• Lead all the department of Accounting, Finance and Purchasing corporate function
• Optimizing administrative processes and systems
• Implementing operating policies and procedures
• Close cooperation with the CEO and the Group Operating Council
• Building strong teams and develop the next generation of Finance leaders

Your qualification

• Fluent in English
• 10 to 15 relevant years’ experience
• Master Degreein Finance or Engineering
• You have lead a sizeable finance or accounting team (>30 people)
• An experience as a consultant in a BIG4 is a plus
