Channel Development Manager (m/f)

Based on the business strategy defined, the channel development manager (CDM) is

• Responsible to define the channel vision & associated roadmap for all businesses (trading, investing, saving, banking) in all geographies (today 4 countries).
• Responsible to manage the implementation of the defined roadmap.
• Responsible for creating optimal conditions & methods for reach best possible results.
• To act as a Product Owner on critical banking and trading mobile/web projects
• Given dual aspect of the function (program mger of the roadmap as well as product owner for specific projects) the CDM is responsible for allocating its time in a way that maximizes the business impact.

• You have a Master in economics and/or management, civil engineer
• You have relevant experience in Functional Design and/or Requirements analysis
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, English
• You are results driven & resilient
• You have strong client orientation & willing to innovate constantly
• You are able to prioritize work while managing urgent requests
• You have excellent analytical skills & able to structure requirements efficiently
• You are at the edge of new technologies & innovative models
• You are able to communicate & adapt according to different audiences (exco, team meeting, conference)
• You are or you have the potential to be a reference in this specific area of expertise (be asked to speak @ conferences etc.) & be recognized by its peer as such
• You have proven experience in the Financial Industry (financial markets appreciated)
• The knowledge of Business Analysis standards is a plus (UML, use cases, BABOK, …).
