The mission of Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats is to protect and defend consumers’ needs and rights. We offer a global concept for the consumer, ranging from the known publications like Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats, Budget & Recht/Budget & Droits, Test Gezondheid/Test Santé, Test-Aankoop Invest/Test-Achats Invest … to online advice and individualized legal support, and all this thanks to the commitment of our approximately 400 enthusiastic collaborators. Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats is a 100% independent organization and collaborates intensively with an international group of independent consumer organisations that employs about 1200 collaborators.
We are looking for a fulltime dedicated marketeer with experience in Pull and Content Marketing.
In today’s economic context and internationally competitive marketplace we move towards an acquisition strategy combining push and pull marketing methods.
Your goals:
- Contribute to design our marketing messages based on the benefits of our products and services
- Exploit the benefits of our products and services in order to optimize and design our retaining and acquisition actions
- Implement a segmented and personalized prospect relationship management
Your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Have a very good knowledge of our products and services
- Briefing for actions like: Regain and Welcome program, conversion actions
- Create, analyze and improve the Contact Policy with our different internal departments
- Personalize our communication and recruitment actions according to segmentation criteria
- Analyze the data from the Datamart and campaign results and suggest new pull approaches
- You will collaborate closely with different teams (creative teams, targetters of our campaign management tool (Unica)…)
- You analyze the recruitment experiences and cross-channels actions in our different consumer organizations at international level in order to identify the best practices and share them with our different organizations
Your profile:
- Educational background in commercial sciences
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Affinity with, interest in and knowledge of TA’s products is considered as a plus
- Fast learner
- Excellent analytical skills – capable of seeing the whole picture
- Feeling commercial and creative sensitivity
- Highly customer oriented (internal and external)
- Ability to deal with an evolving environment
- Dynamic and persistent
- Good communication skills
- Able to build constructive working relationships with people at various levels
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch, both verbally as in writing
