Beschrijving:

Your tasks will consist of: 

– Debtor Control in the broad sense (e.g. collection calls, e-mails, delivery block control, self-billing comparison invoices with credit notes, …)
– Setting up Credit Limits
– Process incoming payments
– Reconciliation of the customer accounts
– Control and maintain Dun & Bradstreet database
– Internal reporting of the outstanding customers issues to the management regularly.
– Balance analyses of Belgian and foreign companies, and prepare some advice for the sales managers (in cooperation with the Finance & Accounting Manager)
– Quarterly calculation of the Bad Debt reserve
– Assist with the monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting
– Assist with the internal and external audits 
– Financial control of the Documentary Credits, and if necessary taking contact with the bank
– Preparation and execution of the manual payments
– Maintenance Vendor Master Data, CCA and PCA (within SAP) en key-user in financial transactions within SAP
– Back-up posting of the bank statements

– You are strict, accurate, well-organised and a trustworthy
– You communicate very well and are customer minded
– You have a very good operational knowledge of English and good knowledge of Dutch, French and German
– You take initiative and handle always in a professional way
– You respect dead-lines
– You work hands-on and like to work pro-actively
– Your computer skills are very good (e.g. SAP, Excel, MS Office) 

– You have a degree in Economics, Accountancy or Finance
– You have experience in a similar job for at least 5 years
