Customer Care & Planner Officer (m/f)

Scope

The role of the Customer Care (Rep.) Planner is to assure an excellent phone and e-mail support towards customers and to plan the after sales services & commissioning.

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain a Customer Care & Planning structure that meets the customers? demands.
-Secure that phone and e-mail support to our customers handled according to the contracts
-Secure those requirements for complaints management and ISO certification are fulfilled.
-Manage and control customer?s demands for preventive and curative maintenance .
-Reports to the Team Leader Customer Care & Planning.
-Assure excellent after sales services, commissioning and planning towards customers.
-Etc.

-Be competent in communications skills and this in Dutch, French and English.
-University degree or High School education
-At least 3 years experience in a similar function
-Open minded person with management and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical skills experience and customer care experience.
-Good organisation skills, curious, creative, flexible, team worker with good communications skills in order to ensure a smooth collaboration with all related internal and external departments.
