You are a team player. You are happy taking orders over the phone, responding to emails and faxes and being responsible for handling orders from start to finish. You shall be happy to answer any customer enquiries, offering the benefit of your full product knowledge. You are also happy to accomplish various administrative and sales related tasks. As a Customer Service Employee you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are the link between customers, local sales representatives and the company. Profielomschrijving: You have a Bachelor degree or the equivalent experience . As our Customer Service Employee you are a native English speaker and are fluent in Dutch . You enjoy being part of the customer services team and providing excellent customer service. You work well under pressure and are happy to handle many telephone calls within a busy working environment . You enjoy paying attention to detail and take pride in being precise, while getting back to customers promptly. You are eager to learn and have a real interest in our products.
