As a member of the Supply Chain Team, you primarily focus on the organization and administration of curative and preventive maintenance of cinema equipment throughout Europe. You act as a Guardian of our Service Level Agreements by finding and organizing the most optimal logistics flows for spare parts and make sure the adequate feedback is given to the Customer, either directly or through the Customer Support Engineer in charge of the service ticket.

  • You are also responsible for organizing the return of defective parts from Customers either for in-house repair or warranty exchange.
  • To succeed in your mission, you work in close collaboration with the Customer Support Engineers and the local Field Operations Managers. Within the Supply Chain department, you are in permanent contact with the Transport, Warehouse and In-House Repair teams.
  • You are flexible, open-minded and independent. You are able to understand and manage complex, cross-company service flows in a multinational and multicultural environment. You are a strong team player, at ease with all company stakeholders.
  • You are organized, rigorous and Customer-minded. You are capable introducing structure and prioritize your work, as well as positively manage high pressure situations. You are stress-resistant and not scared about fast growing, ever-changing environments.



Postholder reports to: Service Logistics Coordinator


  • Master in Science or Business or equivalent acquired by proven experience
  • Few years of working experience in a similar position is an asset
  • Fluent in German, French and English
  • Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese is an asset
  • Knowledge of and ERP (e.g. SAP) is an asset
  • Flexible, organized and stress-resistant. Able to work efficiently under pressure
