Embedded Software Engineer – Speech Processing

Your Mission

As an Embedded Software Engineer Speech Processing, you play a key role in the realization and integration of voice products in key mobile software and hardware platforms. You’ are responsible of:

• Combining core speech processing into the product
• Preparing the product for its commercial release
• Improving the integration of the product into the audio subsystem
• Coaching clients & colleagues towards successful design-ins

You will work in a small scrum team with a scrum master and architect.

Your experience

• Master in software engineering
• First experience in speech processing related fields (echo cancellation, noise suppression, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of object oriented programming (C++/Java) and embedded software development.
• Good software architecture and development skills. (C/C++ for products and PERL for scripting)
• Experience with Mobile Operating Systems like Android of Windows Mobile
• Knowledge of Mobile platforms ((Qualcomm, LSI, nVidia, Intel, …) and cores (ARM9/11, Cortex A8,A9, …) is an asset
• Creative mindset
• Customer oriented
• Fluent in English
