Executive Recruiter XPE Search & Selection (M/F) ()


 Key Role Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Management
• Interviewing and registering Candidates
• Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio to include;
o New candidates via networking
o Online sites
o Recommendations
• Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
• Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed Candidates including placement administration and after care
• Monitor online portals and incoming emails/calls for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications
• Searching internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
• Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
2. Client Management
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
• Proactively map out key clients within portfolio
• Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
• Produce individual client strategies
3. Business Generation
• Headhunting and networking to develop our brand and reputation
• Participating in marketing events
• Conduct sales calls in order to introduce our services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients
• Develop accounts from new to reliable
• Win new business
• Keep in close contact with existing clients to keep abreast of their needs
• Develop consultative sales approach
