To strengthen our Purina Petcare Belux team we are looking for a Field Sales Business Analyst.

Job description

Challenge and support pro-actively the Field Sales Specialist team via your input based on the development and analyse of market data. Deliver accurate reports on different customers (Fokker, banner, garden,…), competition, sales and field sales KPI’s.

As an expert in your category your main responsibilities are:

– Develop, maintain & adapt the Field Sales tools – in priority Hamilton – and ensure effective usage:

– Implement and maintain local configuration (Customer, contacts, territories…)

– Develop, run & distribute the relevant reports (Sales and Field Sales KPI’s)

– Be the contact person for the technical (LGO and RGO) and business sides (Customer Service, Sales Manager…)

– Be part (and become the reference) of the Hamilton Purina/NIM back office community

– Develop and maintain the Specialist KPI’s framework/dashboard

– Manage other ad-hoc reporting to the Specialist Sales

– Develop, manage and maintain a competitive market relevant data base allowing us to win across all Specialists sub-channels:

– Build a competitive intelligence in collaboration with all Sales and Marketing functions (universe, customers potential,…)

– Recommend ad-hoc market studies to MDO and Marketing to create insights and advocacy

– Manage special projects

Business Targets/KPI’s:

· Administration and technical follow up of the Field Sales tools (Hamilton incl. reporting, etc.)

· Market relevant data base allowing sub-channels decision making

We are looking for…

Required Experience:

  • University/Master degree in economics / business administration
  • At least 2 years of strong and proven experience in data reporting and scorecard
  • High Performer in Excel
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP
  • Demonstrate a solid commercial and financial understanding
  • Strong analytical skills & application of findings
  • Fluent in FR, NL and ENG
