Financial Business Analyst – strong internal mobility & international career opportunities ()

Beschrijving:

You will, as a financial business analyst, start working in the budgeting & reporting department of the Benelux Finance Team, located in Berchem (Antwerp).

Later you will have opportunities to rotate to other departments within the Benelux organization or within Philip Morris International, at its operations center in Lausanne (Switzerland).

You will:

• Control and analyze costs on a monthly basis for the three Benelux markets.
• Establish effective relations with the managers (budget owners) of the different departments to support their budget strategy during the year, especially during the Original Budget period
• Interact with all representatives of Philip Morris Benelux, as well as with the Shared Service Centre Finance groups in Krakow (Poland)
• Coordinate Monthly Rolling Forecast
• Update core PMI systems
• Support Business Cases
• Be in charge of monthly and yearly end accruals processes
• Provide adequate, timely reports to Philip Morris International with appropriate comments of the fluctuation of the costs (e.g. month end, budget, rolling forecast)

• You have a Master degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• You have 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• You are highly motivated and result oriented
• You have strong communication and problem solving skills
• You have a proactive individual approach towards your tasks but willing to help colleagues when necessary
• You are assertive (at ease when presenting and reporting to senior management);
• You are an analytical thinker; able to distinguish priority from detail (understand the essence)
• You have good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• You are flexible and able to cope with deadlines
• You are fluent in English
• You have international career aspirations and mobility
