” Issue and follow-up of purchase orders with suppliers within the framework negotiated by Procurement ” Ensuring through continuous demand screening and follow up that the right product is delivered at the right place at the right place. ” Maintenance of basic item data in the ERP system of Purchased Items ” Monitor capacity constraints with suppliers ” Handling Logistic Complaints Traded goods Main Duties and Responsibilities: ” Evaluation of demand and purchase proposals based on a master schedule ” Generation and follow up of purchase orders for Traded Goods taking into consideration demand, actual stock levels, lead time and specifications (artwork..) ” Coordination of Direct Deliveries ” Arrange transportation for ex works deliveries ” Analyse demand requirements to identiy supply bottleneck in case of capacity constraints and priority setting in consultation with customer service ” Coordinate with other departments to achieve inventory goals ” Handling Logistic Complaints Traded goods ” Responds to Customer Service when there are supply issues ” Review , update and maintain logistic item data parameters and MPS parameters ” Handle communication and information to customer service with regard to shipments. Follow-up in case of urgencies and act pro-active. ” Management and validation of local data and logistic and MPS parameters Qualifications Education: ” Bachelor of Master Degree Work Experience: ” 2 or more years work experience in similar field. Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) ” PC Knowledge MS Office ” Experienced with ERP systems is a plus ” Knowledge of inventory planning and logistic basic concepts Language / Communication Skills: ” Effective communication and negotiating skills ” Result oriented and flexible personality ” Strong customer focus ” Fluent in Dutch and English, basic French Education: ” Bachelor of Master Degree We offer you an interesting job in an international company.
