For the production unit we are recruiting the “Head of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (m/f)” Your Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of the company strategy in the area of manufacturing Leading the departments of manufacturing, logistics, technical documentation, packaging/ technology, warehouse and galenics Development of a production strategy for further development of the location Budget responsibility Represent the investment plans Personnel responsibility Galenical development of pharmaceuticals Organize the warehousing and logistics Guarantee the delivery capacity Interact actively with other business units Your profile: A degree in Pharmaceuticals is desired, approbation as a pharmacist Relevant and multi-year professional experience in working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing At least 5 years experience in leading teams Profound knowledge in galenics Experience in capital budgeting and in project management Hands-on experience in modification and reconstruction projects Fluency in German and business fluent English is required If you think you have the right profile for the job, thank you to apply online.
