HR Law Administrator ()


As an Administrator you’ll provide full administrative support to a team of professionals within the HR Law department.


Your tasks will include:


    • Independently handling filing and scanning of incoming and outgoing documents

    • Creating invoices for client-specific accounts

    • Back-office tasks related to the immigration and payroll (coordination) services we provide to our clients (such as sending work permits sending payslips and payroll invoices completing databases or payroll sheets inputting general payroll data etc.)

    • Following-up and collection of documents

    • Recording client information in specific databases

    • Providing general administrative support where necessary in an environment where workload and operational needs may change

    • Drafting documents letters memos and presentations according to set guidelines and templates

    • Looking for improvements in lay-out and structure of documents



As an Administrator you have:


    • A Bachelor’s degree

    • Relevant experience of a minimum of two years in a similar function a payroll environment is an asset

    • Fluent communication skills in Dutch French and English

    • Excellent administrative skills: efficient mailbox handling accuracy and prioritising

    • Good knowledge of the MS office package

    • Excellent team player skills

    • Experience in working to deadlines managing your time and prioritising tasks

    • A flexible attitude and positive mindset

    • A proactive and open mind to spot any efficiency gains
