Interim Finance Manager ()

Our Client an international Commercial Real Estate Company with subsidiaries in Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Eastern Europe is urgently looking for a self employed Interim Finance Manager for a temporary assignment of approximately 9 months.
Responsabilities:
Manage and control the monthly and quarterly closing operations of the subsidiaries liaising with the local accountants.
Prepare and finalise the annual and consolidated accounts.
Finalise the annual report and management reporting.
Review and validate the Tax declarations
Prepare and analyse the quarterly reporting explaining the variances as to the annual budget.
Organise the mid-year budget review.
Analyse new projects (investments- financing-profitability)
Update the company’s business plan accordingly.
Liaise with the treasury team regarding financing proposals and hedging matters.
Prepare and diffuse the information for the Board meetings (financial statements- management report and project status).
Profile:
You have a solid and proven experience in Finance management in a multi-subsidiary environment.
You have experience with ifrs.
You are used to liaising with remote teams and other departments.
You can work autonomously, you are a good planner and you tackle matters proactively.
You have knowledge of Hyperion or a similar reporting/consolidation tool.
You speak French fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
