Interim Financial Analyst (m/f) ()

For one of our clients, a publicly listed multinational company, we are currently looking for an

Context of the assignment: the company will perform an analysis of the current and future remuneration of approximately 500 of its high potential ‘key employees’ worldwide. All managers of such ‘key employees’ will be required to fill out a template mentioning their salary packages of 2012 and 2013 (historical data) as well as proposed salary packages and bonuses for 2014.

The Financial Analyst’s job will be to:

• Collect the data (i.e. the filled out templates) from all the local finance managers in the subsidiaries throughout the world.
• Review these data to ensure their consistency, completeness and accuracy. (i.e. check social security figures, percentages, taxes, etc.)
• After completion and approval of the template, the Financial Analyst will submit the individual forms to the assessing superior management, for proposition of bonus and salary package for 2014.
• Ultimately, prepare the review and approval process at Board level.
• Perform consolidation of the gathered data and impact on 2014 salary packages and bonuses on the group’s P&L

Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of MS Excel
• Rigorous and punctual
• Analytical mindset
• Able to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits is a strong plus
• Absolute fluency in English (written and oral)
• Solid communication and influencing skills
