As a part of the CMAAS team (Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services) you’ll provide high-value advisory services in two main areas:

    * You’ll advise on IFRS US GAAP Belgian GAAP: you’ll assist in IFRS/IPSAS conversion projects and in the practical implementation of the standards you’ll provide ad-hoc assistance and consultation in deals and complex transactions in drafting IFRS/IPSAS financial statements and in organising training sessions and workshops with clients you’ll provide technical support to audit engagement teams etc.
    * You’ll advise companies on how to prepare for their Public Offering (IPO SPO assistance in the preparation of prospectuses etc.) or on issuing bonds.

Our clients include prestigious international organisations governments and multinational companies both listed and non-listed.
 
Initially you’ll work under the supervision of several experienced managers and you’ll progressively build up the skills and credentials to develop client relationships. This will help you to deliver quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
You’ll also work in teams with PwC colleagues of other departments (valuation finance and performance management etc.) to offer our clients integrated solutions that are relevant to their needs.
 
In this role you may have the possibility to travel and work on international engagements.

You have:

    * a master’s degree in Applied Economics or Law
    * 2 to 4 years of experience in audit or as an accountant or auditor in a public sector environment
    * solid technical accounting skills (preferably IFRS or US GAAP experience)
    * strong people and communication skills; an analytical and critical mindset; excellent project management planning and organisation skills
    * a team player attitude like to take initiatives and you’re eager to learn
    * perfect language skills in Dutch and/or French and you are fluent in English
