IT Recruiter – International projects & Contractors ()

Our customer is an employee-owned multi-national consulting company offering business and strategy advisory, transformation programs, solutions integration, technological applications maintenance and outsourcing services. Our customer works within the banking (Retail, Corporate, TCM and Wholesale), consumer goods and retail, energy and utilities, healthcare, insurance, media, manufacturing, public administration, telecommunications and tourism sectors.
The company began operations in Madrid in 1996 reaching a turnover of 591€ million in Fiscal year 2012 (5% increase with a healthy balance sheet) and a headcount more than 10,000 consultants worldwide, purely with organical growth.
The Belgian branch of the company is based in Brussels, a the hearth of the European Headquarters.

Your responsibilities:

– Open new sourcing channels in the Belgium market but as well in International markets
– SPOC with the recruitment suppliers
– Perform pro-active searches to find candidates (linkedIn, google, ..)
– Define job descriptions with Business Managers to find the right candidates
– Build a database on specific internal tools
– Pro-active contact to candidates to fill the database with profiles interesting for the company
– Perform phone screenings and first interviews with the candidates to check if they are suitable

Your profile:

– Higher Degree or equivalent by experience

– 1-3 years’ background in a Consulting or ICT agency, ideally in the placement of international IT profiles & contractors

– Familiar with Office tools
– Fluent in English (spoken/written) + a good command of French and/or Dutch
– Excellent communication skills
– Quality & results orientation
– Customer oriented, aware of business considerations
– Capable of taking initiatives, proactive, flexible
– Organized & accurate
