Description
We are currently looking for a researcher with proven experience in HRM and/or Recruitment to manage and control all aspects of recruitment for Western European clients. The role will require you to liase and interface directly with Hiring managers and internal Stakeholders. You will need to take a consultative approach in order to consistently add value and improvements to the recruitment process. You will work together with all levels of management within the client to develop and maintain business plans, recruitment plans and organisational structures in line with the agreed solution.
