MANPOWER is looking for a Material Handler Lead to manage special projects as well as daily activities in close coordination with the Supervisor Operations in our Ghlin location.

Coordinate all order processing in WMS and Oracle
Liaise with back-office to ensure transportation, required documentation and status updates to client
Coordination of (un)loading of orders within SLA and hands on when needed. Responsible for accuracy of put away and able to coordinate cycle count and management reporting
Ensure KPI levels are met and weekly reports are accurate and completed on time
Deal with customer enquiries and act as a local point of contact for customer
Build a strong and good relationship with local customer
Actively promote the LEAN philosophy within the Data Center operation, working closely with Supervisor Operations to further implement LEAN and carry out improvements through Kaizen events.

Ability to work and think at the level of Bachelors degree
Pro-active attitude, no 9 to 5 mentality
Strong motivator and enthusiastic approach
Good oral and written and interpersonal communication skills in English and French
Must possess the ability to work well with others and independently
Ability to prioritize workload and task on operational need
Accurate and responsible
Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze and coordinate
Work experience in a similar job and field are a pre
Experience with knowledge of WMS / Oracle/ MS Office and excellent in MS Excel
