Maintenance consultant for Rimses ()

Beschrijving:

You will analyze the different business processes of technical support and/or the maintenance department of our customers
You will translate these processes into our EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solution Rimses, to improve efficiency in business processes and to create added value to our clients.
You will propose enhancements to our EAM solution.
You translate the customers’ needs towards the project team.
You act as the “face” of RealDolmen.
For large implementations, you effectively apply project management methodologies and you enforce project standards; The standard procedures are monitored by our Project Management Office.
You continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and to develop lasting relationships with clients;

You have a bachelor degree or above;
You have experience in EAM or Planned Maintenance;
Knowledge of ERP systems is certainly an asset!
You have an analytic way of working;
You are a good listener who can understand the customers’ needs;
You are stress resistant and flexible;
You have good communication and problem solving skills;
You are a mature and diplomatic professional, who values entrepreneurial spirit;
You speak and write fluently Dutch and English, knowledge of the French language is an asset;
You are willing to deliver services for the whole Benelux area;
But most of all: you are positive, self motivated and a real team player.
