Operational asset management IT / Move coordinator ()

Alyotech/Dilaco is an IT oursourcingscompany located at Strombeek Bever with many clients in the financial and insurance sector.
For one of our biggest clients in the financial sector located in Brussels, we are currently looking for an asset and move coordinator.

Your main responsibility will be the coordination of the moves and the handling of requests. You will also collaborate with the Facility department to manage the workplaces/workstations.

The technical side of things will not be part of the job.

Key tasks:

• handling requests
• analyzing the request (includes checking if the request in complete en feasible and the verification of the IT assets of the requestor)
• informing the requestor on the status of his request
• managing the communication between Facility and the requestor
• managing the workplaces in the building (includes to be able to realilze a replacement proposition for the teams based on the needs of the teams and the reuquirement of Facility)

• trilingual FR/NL/ENG
• previous experience in a simular position (IT move coordinator, workplace management, asset coordinator, …) is a big asset
• experience in the financial sector is a plus
• bachelor or master degree
