Order Administrator (M/V) ()


Ensure high customer satisfaction by efficiently processing customer quotation requests and orders.

– Provide accurate and fast response to customer quotations requests
– Process the incoming customer orders
– Follow up on customer orders that were not yet delivered and strive to reduce open order time
– Answer to various parts related customer requests, questions and complaints
– Work together with other departments, internal and external suppliers, other offices and dealers in order to provide good service
– Occasionally take part in the invoicing process
– Participate in various projects
– Contribute to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
– Experience in an order processing environment is an asset.
– You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and good French speaking ability
– You have very good communication skills.
– You are customer minded.
– You have good computer skills. Good operating knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in working with an ERP is an asset.
– You are stress resistant and able to prioritize.
– You are willing to work in 2 shifts that change each week (1st week: 8h00-16h45 & next week: 11h15-20h00).
– Knowledge of machine tool industry is an asset. An openended employment in a dynamic and international working environment
