Catalent Pharma Solutions (a Blackstone Group company) is a leading Drug development, advanced delivery Technology and Supply partner to the global pharmaceutical industry.   A Fortune 1000 company, with over 20 locations on 5 continents, we partner with 90 out of the top 100 pharmaceutical companies and 44 of the top 50 biotech firms, as well as thousands of small innovator companies   You report to the Packaging Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 Team Leaders and 20 to 25 operators   In this role you will Manage a packaging team to ensure the safety of operators and processes, the production requirements and the quality of service to customers Manage packaging workload planning Assume the coordination and planning of the packaging process Ensure both the respect and the improvement of procedures and Batch records Manage training within your team and facilitate the development of your collaborators Initiate and follow up the process improvements Respect and ensure compliance from your employees towards the safety, health and environment rules generally applicable within the company and more specifically to the activities and tasks implied by your position and those pertaining to your department Ensure reporting to management and manage communication with the various actors in the company Follow-up of deviation reports, NOE, CAPA and change controls Participate in various audits   ·          You have minimum a Bachelor degree in a technical or scientific orientation ·          You are a leader and excellent people manager ·          You have a proven experience within packaging ideally in the pharmaceutical or agro-food industry ·          You are fluent in French and have a good level of English ·          You are prepared to work in 3 shifts (6 h – 14 h, 14 h – 22 h, 22 h – 6 h) –
