For our client, a pharmaceutical firma, we search a Patient Recruiter. The Patient Recruiter is responsible for all activities related to the recruitment of trial subjects and more specifically of patients: this includes recruitment strategy for database enhancement and maintenance, assist in the increase of the unit network, pre-selection of the patient, support to the study team for patient selection, recruitment and screening activities, as well as support clinical trials, including all related document and administrative activities. Profile Bachelor’s degree in science, nursing or related discipline required Health care practice experience/training (e.g., nursing, paramedic), with valid license, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills of French, Dutch and English Previous experience in functions involving a large element of people contact General medical-surgical nursing or related experience Previous clinical research, industry, phase 1 and/or drug development experience preferred (CRA type of profile is ideal) Demonstrate effectiveness in working in a multidisciplinary, matrix team situation. Skilled negotiator and influencer Prior marketing/recruitment experience is an asset Existing networking with healthcare professional is an asset Experience with clinical research study monitoring is an asset Technical Competencies Competency in using computers: Working knowledge of computers systems and associated issues/risks Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications Familiar with social media Scientific knowledge: Superior proficiency in clinical/nursing-related skills. Provide Emergency interventions that are appropriate, immediate, and demonstrate excellent assessment skills and standard of care Ability to understand and manage developing issues and complexities of ongoing studies in order to ensure subject safety.
