Process Manager Banking and/ or Insurance ()



What ?
As a Process Manager Banking and/or Insurance you will carry out one of the following projects : 
Participate in process reviews and process optimization of different departments, such as: operations, middle and back office, claims, underwriting, product development, finance, risk,…
Participate in various ways in merger or demerger projects within the banking and/ or insurance sector


Who ?
You have a university degree or equivalent higher education qualification in economics, engineering, commercial sciences or comparable.
You have 2-7 years’ experience in process management, process work breakdown structures and workflows. 
You have experience in process and project management (BPM,Prince 2, Lean or Six Sigma certification are an asset).
You are flexible and versatile.
You have a good knowledge of the two main national languages and of English.
You are a real entrepreneur: someone who combines adaptability and empathy but you can also be demanding when it comes to meeting objectives.
You are capable of excelling yourself.
You will always set an exemplary example in conduct and behavior.
