Recruitment Assistant Temp. ()


As a Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Campus Recruiters. Your tasks will include:


    • acting as an interface for candidates internal clients and suppliers and dealing with their queries     • guiding candidates through the selection process and coordinating administration regarding selection procedures (“Selection Days”)     • placing and managing adverts on job boards and PwC’s website     • scheduling/confirming meetings and booking meeting rooms     • creating and updating database reports and several spreadsheets and documents     • updating several databases (e.g. Taleo)     • preparing and participating in recruitment events     • closely cooperating with the IT department to optimise the use of recruitment IT tools     • ensuring general administrative tasks



You have:


    • 2 to 5 years’ experience preferably in an HR environment     • excellent communication skills in Dutch English and French (both written and spoken)     • a sound knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel etc.) and strong administration skills; knowledge of Taleo or another recruitment software is an asset     • a flexible and proactive approach to work and an eye for detail     • a professional discrete and service-minded attitude and you take responsibility for your work     • the mindset of a teamplayer


This is a temporary position for 4 or 5 months.
