Beschrijving:

You will work in a Business Unit, in close collaboration with Business Managers, Recruiters and a Director. Team results are more important than individual targets.
 
As Recruitment Consultant you have following tasks and responsibilities: 
 
•  You are responsible for the recruitment process for finance profiles. You will perform the candidate search, the screening of competences, conduct  and organize interviews, assure the adequate follow-up of the whole recruitment process and are able to think pro-actively on recruitment initiatives and strategy.
•  You support the business unit in its activities and initiatives

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have experience in Recruitment and Selection and you have a good knowledge of recruitment and interview techniques.
  • An affinity with finance profiles is an asset
  • You have a very good knowledge of both Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French
  • You have a critical mindset and at the same time you are interested in people.
  • You are proactive and hands-on.
  • You have strong communication skills.
