For our client, situated in zaventem (1930), we are looking for a sales controller (Temporary contract).
Main Tasks:
- Correct and complete input of contractual data in SAP (commercial databases).
- Execution of all administrative actions requested by contract realization (purchases, transports, internal orders, invoicing, ….) by interacting with the Regional Administrative Centre.
- Coordination and monitoring of contract execution within the Retail Sales division.
- Follow-up of Cost of Sales and Gross Margin by contract.
- Escalation of problem cases (ad hoc analysis)
- Follow up of outstanding invoices
- Other administrative tasks
Profile:
- You have a bachelor (“graduat”) in financial oriented studies or can justify an equivalent education.
- You have preferably a first experience in accounting or controlling.
- You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch with good knowledge French. Knowledge of English is a nice to have.
- You are analytical, accurate and a team player.
- You are a good communicator and you are eager to learn.
- You have a first experience with SAP R3 and MS Office.
