Your responsibilities:

• As part of the development team you are responsible for developing end to end flows and StepStone specific extensions/enhancements on top of a new on-demand cloud based solution (SAP Business ByDesign);
• You are involved in the team activities: practice design, development, testing and integration;
• You develop in a dynamic and challenging environment, using a unique, proper language for which a training is included. The look and feel of this language is strongly related to JavaScript or C#;
• You develop good insights on the business needs and are able to formulate propositions to meet them;
• You offer first line support when needed;
• Users and rights management using Admin tool;

Your profile

• You have a first relevant experience in Java, JavaScript, C# or VB.Net development;
• Experience with ABAP, SAP Business ByDesign, or SAP R/3 is considered a plus.
• Experience on application integration and middleware technology such as WebServices (ideally SOAP);
• You are flexible;
• You have good communication and organizational skills. You are eager to take on new challenges and learn new technologies (SAP Business ByDesign business content and objects);
• You are able to work well under pressure;
• You are a team player, and problem solver, able to work in a proactive, hands-on and methodical manner;
• You have an excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Position is based in Düsseldorf or Brussels

For our Commercial IT department, we are looking for two SAP Developers to support our SAP Business ByDesign implementation and roll out to all StepStone subsidiaries. This is part of a key project focusing on the development of the infrastructure and the review of our internal systems.
